  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order is shipped, you can sign in to your account and go to my orders. There, click on My Orders and then click on track order. You will see all the updates on your shipment.


  • What is the estimated delivery time?

    The estimated dispatch and delivery times are mentioned on each product page. If you order multiple products, the dispatch time of the total order will be the same as the maximum dispatch time of all products. So if you order two products where one has a dispatch time of 3-7 days and the other has a dispatch time of 10-15 days, the dispatch time of the order will be 10-15 days.


  • Can I get my order delivered earlier?

    If you need your order to be delivered earlier than the expected delivery date, please raise a ticket by going into the helpdesk section from the My accounts menu and we'll try our best to fast-track your order.

  • Can I get my orders delivered at a specific time?

    Delivering at a specific time may not always be an option for courier services due to their schedules. The delivery person will call you at the time of delivery. You can inform him of your availability and coordinate with him. If you are unable to contact him, please drop us an email letting us know of your availability.


  • What are the shipping charges?

    We charge ₹ 62 as a shipping fee on orders below ₹600. All orders above ₹600 are shipped free.


  • What Payment methods are available?

    You can pay via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking, Mobile Wallets, UPI, or Cash on Delivery.


  • Can I pay by Debit/Credit Card/UPI on delivery of my COD order?

    The option is mostly available with all courier partners but it may vary from place to place.


  • Can I accept the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?

    The courier companies do not allow you to open the package before handing over the payment.


  • Why can't I track my order even though it has been shipped?

    Courier services usually take up to 24 hours to activate tracking for an order once it's been shipped. Please check again after the mentioned time.


  • My order status shows 'Out for Delivery', but I haven’t gotten it yet. When will I get it?

    Our courier partner will contact you for the delivery of your order. Please keep checking your SMS for more details.


  • I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?

    If you aren’t present when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, they will try to contact you. Two additional attempts will be made on consecutive days, after which your package will be returned to us. You can request for it to be re-ordered either by you or from our end, depending on your availability.


  • My order status says, I was unavailable but nobody came for delivery. What should I do?

    The phone number of the courier company is mentioned on your tracking page. You can call them and ask them to arrange for delivery. Alternatively, you can contact us at 9911230149 either via phone call or email us at care@rapsre.com. We will coordinate with the courier company.
